ASPIRA currently has offices in the Latino communities of major cities in  District of Columbia, Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico. Each local office operates many programs that grow out of the specific conditions of the local site but have in common ASPIRA's commitment to leadership development and education.
